The Shoreline Health clinic provides temporary health services to patients who DO NOT have a family doctor or nurse practitioner, while they wait to be connected to a local family physician. Patients at this clinic must be residents of Collingwood, Clearview Township, Wasaga Beach, Clarksburg or have a L9Y Blue Mountain postal code.

Services at this clinic are covered by OHIP and are provided at no cost.

Appointments are available Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and Wednesday and Thursday 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
Collingwood
Appointments are available Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 AM to 4 PM
How will I get connected to a local family physician?
All Shoreline Health Clinic patients are also on the Health Care Connect waitlist and will be placed with a permanent provider as soon as one becomes available. Once a permanent provider becomes available, the patient will no longer have access to care from the Shoreline Health Clinic.

Shoreline Health Clinic is only accessible to patients who do not have a family doctor or nurse practitioner anywhere in Ontario. If you have a family doctor or nurse practitioner elsewhere in Ontario, but would like to find a more local doctor, please put your name on the Health Care Connect waitlist Register online here, or register by phone at 811, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You DO NOT NEED TO DEROSTER with your current physician to be on the waitlist.
