How do I register?

We operate on a walk in basis. Patients will be triaged appropriately on arrival. To register, come to the clinic and pick up a number outside the door, and wait for that number to be called.

Do I have to wear a mask?

Masks are MANDATORY for any patients coming in with respiratory symptoms such as shortness of breath, cough, sinus congestion, or fever. We operate in a small space and aim to keep virus-sharing to a minimum.

Are your services open to anyone requiring them?

Yes, at this time we take any patients requiring urgent care outside of office hours. However, we reserve the right to direct you to the ER if we are not the appropriate setting for your care.

We hope that we can keep this resource open to all to help as many people in our local community as possible. For this reason, we ask that if you do not live locally, please utilize clinics in your own area whenever possible. Additionally, if you live in Collingwood, Wasaga Beach or Clearview Township and do not have a primary care physician, we strongly encourage you to book an appointment at our Shoreline Health Clinic for unattached patients in the area. The Shoreline Health Clinic is located in the Wasaga Beach Medical Clinic at 160 Beck Street, Wasaga Beach. Click here to learn more and book an appointment at the Shoreline Health Clinic or dial 2-1-1 for booking assistance

I was recently seen in the Collingwood AHC and am wondering about follow up. What do I do?

First – be patient! Our doctors are always careful to follow up results within 1-2 weeks from when those results become available. Please be sure to answer phone calls so you do not miss your opportunity for follow up. If you have not heard back regarding results within 1 month, the best course of action is to contact your own primary care provider to retrieve these results, or return to the clinic to review these results with the doctor on that evening or weekend.
